Style: Deck the Halls: For Her

The holidays are here! Call it cliche, but I truly enjoy buying holiday gifts. My holiday shopping usually begins in November (I'm a little OCD). As I've mentioned before, I have a running list that I update throughout the year of gifts I think our family and friends will enjoy. Let me tell you, it makes holiday shopping so much easier!

But the ladies make it easy; they're so fun to buy for. No matter who you're buying for this holiday season (mom, sister, mother-in-law, grandma, aunt, niece, BFF, coworker etc.), the below gifts are affordable, unique and can please a wide variety of women.

Sweater: If you're close with the women you're buying gifts for (like your mom or sister, for example), a simple sweater can make a great gift. Especially in a neutral color and print, a sweater can make a great holiday gift.

Perfume: Especially in a neutral, seasonal scent, perfume can be an unexpected, unique gift. I'm currently swooning over the "Winter" unisex perfume from Dasein (hint, hint, family!)

Book: I wholeheartedly believe that books make the best gifts. No matter who you're buying for, you can't go wrong with a good read. My current favorite is Where'd You Go, Bernadette. I can't give this book enough praise. If you're looking for a good recommendation, you can't go wrong with this one.

Outerwear: Who doesn't love a good hat during the chilly holiday season? Choose a hat with little/no print in a neutral color. Fleece-lined? Even better.

Clutch: Again, a clutch is a no-brainer. Made out of leather, neutral and with a modern design, there isn't a women on your holiday list who won't fall head over heels for this gift (see my favorite clutch below. Again, hint hint, everyone!)

Charger: I'm over the moon (pun intended) with this moon printed power bank charger. The techy ladies on your list will love this practical, stylish gift.

Subscription: For a more expensive gift, consider a subscription service. I love the Yogi Surprise box, but other subscriptions such as Graze, Birchbox, Conscious Box, Bark Box or Club W can be a better fit for the women in your life.

Candle: I don't know about you, but I love a good candle. There are very few things more relaxing than lighting a scented candle and reading a good book or taking a bath. Choose a natural scent that can be burned well-after the holidays are over. I have a handful of the Voluspa candles below. Not only do they smell amazing, the containers are adorable.

Planner: With the new year just a few weeks a way, a planner is a practical gift for the type-A women in your life. Target has an uber cute collection of Sugar Paper LA planners that are a steal for less than $20 each.

Happy shopping!
